Hope in times of crisis: meet me in the garden

Harriet (they/she) is an Amsterdam based artist. They create queer, magic, and sensitive work including seasonal collections of ceramics and poster series.

Hope in times of crisis is a poster series reflecting thoughts I have had working in my local community garden, with hand lettered text layered over my own photographs of the garden. All work was created this spring and summer as I worked alongside neighbours to turn beds of earth into food and plants for pollinators, building ties within our local community at the same time.
